Following REDEPT Cresa's earlier leasehold acquisition of office space for Boels Zanders Advocaten, a lease extension was negotiated in the Vesteda Tower aan de Vestdijk in Eindhoven for 837 m² and 15 parking spaces.
The Hague Humanity Hub rents workplaces and meeting rooms to its members. REDEPT Cresa carried out an analysis of the rents, service costs and facility costs compared to the market to support the Hub in negotiations with its members.
REDEPT Cresa advised Invest-NL in the search for office space and contract negotiations for the Q-Port office building. The building is located at Kingsfordweg 43-117 in Amsterdam Sloterdijk. Invest-NL occupies 1,550 m² on the third floor. The lease has a special Green Lease appendix, in which the objectives in the field of sustainability are set out.

REDEPT Cresa has negotiated a flexible lease extension of this educational building of approximately 3,000 m2. In this way, the occupation of the building was adapted to conform with the long-term real estate strategy of the University.
On behalf of HumanCapitalCare, REDEPT Cresa acquired approximately 400 m² of leasehold office space in the Geminitoren. HCC will move into the 13th floor. The building has been completely renovated by the lessor and also has a branch of the Tribes business center, including a work café on the ground floor.
