REDEPT Cresa sold on behalf of Alliander N.V. the former GAMOG head office of approximately 7,000 m² and the associated land to a private investor. Previously, some 2,100 m² of the parking area was sold to the municipality of Zutphen for incorporation into the residential development Noorderhaven.
The former police station of around 700 m² in the centre of Dordrecht was sold by REDEPT Cresa on behalf of the Police to a group of private investors on the basis of a structured sales process in cooperation with Vendr and BOG Auctions.
Part of the former Alliander complex on the De Mars industrial estate has been sold to the existing tenant, Ziggo, by REDEPT Cresa. The property sold consisted of an office and industrial building of almost 3,000 m² and the associated land. An adjacent plot of land under a communication mast was also sold to Shere Masten.
REDEPT Cresa sold the Alliander complex in Apeldoorn to neighbour Ekro B.V.. The complex consists of an office building of approximately 2,700 m² and a warehouse of approximately 3,600 m² with associated parking spaces and storage area.
On behalf of Boels Zanders Advocaten, REDEPT Cresa negotiated an extension of the lease of 1,740 m² of office space in Maastricht Airport. As well as improved financial conditions, additional flexibility for the tenant was also negotiated.
The Municipality of The Hague plays an important role in attracting and retaining NGOs and IOs for the city, especially in the field of peace and justice. REDEPT Cresa advised the municipality in the search for a new collective office for those organisations. The office of approximately 1,400 m² is located on the 3rd floor of Alexanderveld 5. Frame Offices will manage the workplaces and meeting rooms in collaboration with The Hague Humanity Hub, which will carry out the community programming.
