Earlier this year, The Sustainability Holding acquired the property with the acquisition of the property’s tenant, Greeny Bros. The Sustainability Holding and its group companies focus on making the living environment more sustainable. Owning real estate does not fit within the company’s strategy. That is why the vendor engaged Redept to sell the property to a real estate investor by means of a well-structured process and thorough preparation. Vendr, a platform for buying and selling investment property, was used for the sale.

The building is extremely sustainable (Energy label A++++) and is (of course) equipped with solar panels and a heat pump. Greeny Bros, supplier of solar panels, will lease the property back on a long-term basis. By freeing up resources, the seller can focus on further growth and expansion of its own organisation.
