Redept advised the Hague Conference on Private International Law (HCCH), the oldest international organisation in The Hague, in the leasehold acquisition of 1,200 m² office space in The Statesman building, in the heart of The Hague's International Zone. As well as negotiating a tenant-friendly rental agreement on excellent financial conditions, Redept supported the organisation in the approval process of its member states. Redept acted as integrated tenant's advisor whereby also the fitting-out of the new accommmodation was realised on time and within budget.
We benefited greatly from the expertise of Redept, both in renting our current office and in selling our former office building. Redept knows the market very well and made the process transparent for us in terms that were understandable to us. As an international organisation, we had to be able to justify every step of the process. Redept supported us very well in achieving supported decision-making
