Redept heeft TP Vision geadviseerd ten aanzien van haar huisvesting. Ruim 9 jaar geleden adviseerde Redept TP Vision al bij de aanhuur van de kantoorruimte in het Amstel Gebouw.
Nu de huurovereenkomst zijn eerste opzegmogelijkheid naderde, was het een goed moment om de huisvesting tegen het licht te houden. In een competitief proces zijn alternatieve mogelijkheden bekeken en is een reisimpactanalyse uitgevoerd. Daaruit bleek dat alternatieven geen betere huisvesting voor TP Vision zou opleveren. Daarom is besloten de bestaande huurovereenkomst voort te zetten onder de (gunstige) voorwaarden die in 2012 zijn onderhandeld. TP Vision zal de gelegenheid aangrijpen om het interieur volledig aan te passen aan Activity Based Working, waardoor na de lockdown als gevolg van Covid-19 de werknemers kunnen terugkeren naar een kantoor dat aansluit op de nieuwe werkomstandigheden.
