KPMG announced this week that it wants to sublet 7,000 m² of its 58,000 m². The business has suffered under the weak economy in recent years. Turnover fell by 4% in the three years to 2013, the number of people working at KPMG fell last year by 146. That means that space has become available in the enormous office that was established in the golden days before 2008.  KPMG is not the only business service provider that has surplus offices, as transpires from a straw poll in the real estate sector.
